Q: What areas do you cover?

Smart transfers cover all areas within and outside London, all major airports and ports within UK.
International trips can be quoted on request.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

The prices are established depending on the size of the car required, the number of passengers and
the pieces of luggage. Details on the prices can be given upon request.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

The luggage you can take on board depends on the type of the car and the number of passengers
travelling. All details will be discussed when making the booking.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer when securing the booking via email. The
booking confirmation will include all details referring to the trip, date, time, pickup and drop off
location, car and driver’s information as well the journey price. In case of any questions or if you do
not receive the email confirmation, please contact our Customer Services on email or by phone.

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

Text messages will be sent to you informing you of the location of the driver. The driver will contact
you on the mobile number provided and will guide you to the pickup point in case of need.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

In case you need to cancel a booking, you can do so free of charge up to 2 hours before the pick-up
time. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the pickup, a cancellation fee will be
applicable. More details regarding the cancellation fees can be found in our Terms and Conditions or
by contacting our Customer Service team.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

The booking quote includes 30 minutes of waiting time. In case the flight is delayed charges will be
applied for the waiting time exceeding 30 minutes. The flight number should be communicated at
the time the booking is made for us to monitor any changes in its schedule.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

No charge will be applied to cancelled flights. In case you miss your flight a cancellation fee equal to
the travel fare will be deducted.

Q: What does the price include?

The travel fare includes all charges for the trip, luggage transportation and a waiting time of 30 minutes.
Additional waiting time, parking charges, extra luggage or pets will be charged at an extra price,
details being discussed when securing the booking. More information on fees and charges can be
requested on phone or by email.

Q: How early do I need to book?

We accept pre-booked bookings as early as 10 days before the travel date.
